Talat Mehmood - Fiji's Leading Photographer
Talat Mehmood began his career more than 30 years ago as a press photographer at Fiji's leading daily, The
Fiji Times, covering every imaginable kind of event. He has gone on to a long and distinguished career which
includes more than 16 years as an independent photographer. His client list has included many of Fiji's
leading companies, individuals and advertising and public relations agencies. He has experience in every
kind of photography, from black and white to colour, colour transparencies and high-end digital. He has also
lectured in photographic arts at advanced levels. Mehmood holds a Diploma in Photography and is a
member of the Australian Photography Society. Highlights of his career and experience include:
